My name is John Muller. I teach 7th and 8th grade history. This is my 24rd year at Wood, and I can't imagine teaching anywhere else.
Middle school is a time of transition. A students primary goal is to become ready to enter high school. Knowledge and academic skills are only part of the package; attitude and outlook complete it. The most important quality a middle schooler can develop is a sense of responsibility. Success in school is within every student's grasp if he or she chooses to take control of the process.
This website can be a useful tool in finding academic success. Information about assignments and announcements about class and school events are posted here. The e-mail link is a great way to communicate between home and school. Written assignments can be sent as attachments.
