This year's Teen Summit is all about helping teens be the healthiest they can be, inside and out.

Join us for this all-day, fun-filled, FREE event, for young women in Middle School and High School, that will feature inspirational guest speakers,
workshops on current teen issues, prize drawing, goodie bags, lunch, and more!

This is an opportunity for teens to learn new tools and tricks in becoming a more confident and healthy individual.
Each young woman will choose two workshops of their choice to attend. There will be one morning workshop and one afternoon workshop.
In-between the workshops, lunch will be provided while the girls enjoy music and performances by Youth Radio.

Special Guest Speaker

Wake up your Inner Superstar with bestselling author and Alameda native, Amy Ahlers.
